All cartridges supplied by The Green Cartridge Company include a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Furthermore, in the event of your printer supplier threatening to void the warranty on your printer as a consequence of using our cartridges, we will assume the said warranty.

In the event of printer malfunction, our technicians will attempt priority repair on site, ensuring that down time and productivity loss is kept to an absolute minimum. Our Preventative Maintenance plans are specifically customized for your organization, in order to extend the life of your printers. Copy Maintenance allows the company to maximize efficiency and reduce costs. This is achieved through a cost per page charge that includes consumables, repairs, maintenance and management.


Delivery Service:

With next day delivery on “in stock” items and 2 days for specially ordered items, we deliver free of charge on a daily basis in the Gauteng area. A courier service is available for outlying areas.
